terra because 1. she is an esper meaning her magic is boosted by a large amount

But what does Bartz have?

Bartz is just more confident and can copy moves thats all he has going for him

Terra could destroy virtually anyone in ff.

may i remind you all that bartz can copy anything terra does

terras esper mage is basically a EX mage caster

as bartz is a mimic he can copy and add somehting better to the moves.

also bartz job classes he can be a white mage cast reflect and terra wont land anything on him

gameplay wise bartz is much better in 012 terras nerfs have made her very bad and the idea of terra only winning cause she is an esper is not a good point as bartz can use summons as well.

he took terras holy and made it better even tho its kinda nerfed in range in 012 but better tracking and they all dont go for you at once.

unlike terras uses it and they all come at you one black and their all gone unlike bartz you have to bloack multiple times
