Unbanning riley

I have a lot of school work and require a clown for the entertainment of the clan when I am busy. Riley will be unbanned but rebanned whenever outlaw is online. Masta will stay banned since he is simply here to cause destruction where as riley is actually loyal to fr.

Miss him? No, the chat gets too dead during certain times and we need an idiot to keep things a little lively though I was hoping we could set some rules for times when he should be banned since people like sosa are annoyed by him as well. Also riley is not even my friend, he does nothing but rage at me for dating outlaw which is fine but I don't want him attacking her when she is on so he will have to remain banned during those times.

Well if you can keep up with those rules then fine by me.
