A quick rule for future reference

No mods or members can make a war without informing the Main owners first. and even once the main owner knows he must inform the other main owner so the war can be official and any other clan who makes a war without informing both main owners the war becomes null and void. No matter what you say to me,

I thought this was kinda obvious and implied.

Not everybody knew this, though, like Pikru. We all remember that. <_<

This is just to make it official and be "out there". Not sure why Void decided to post it now out of all times, and not sooner, lol.
